Green Lake Hotel, Kunming

I couldn't wait for an hour to get my room after a very tiring trip, but once I got in, I found a well-equipped, elegant room with firm yet comfortable beds and excellent linens. The view was not huge, but it was still very nice.

The service, although efficient and helpful for specific issues, struggled with English communication, slightly affecting the overall experience. The location, overlooking Green Lake and adjacent to various attractions and dining spots, makes it a great place to stay, but crossing the street requires caution. Dining provides a wide selection of international and local delights, although the focus on Yunnan cuisine stands out. The facilities are well-kept and convenient, ensuring a comfortable stay.
